We will…
  1. We will provide you with a game plan to get you crystal clear about exactly what to do in your first 90 days to win.
  2. We will hold you to a higher standard than you hold yourself and keep you accountable.
  3. We will train you in the latest strategies to Attract and Convert customers through our program and weekly mastermind success.
  4. We will walk you through the process over 12 weeks, so you win.
  5. We will connect you with your new tribe, a high performance, high-support community that meets online 24/7.
  6. On our weekly mastermind you will have the opportunity to have your work critiqued, we will rip it apart, and put it back together again making it better than if you did it on your own.
  7. We will support you twice a week in the mastermind sessions in addition to the program, so you are never more than 4 days away from the answers you need.
  8. We will give you access to Customers On Demand, our advanced training portal for getting clients for the duration of the program term.
  9. We will listen to you. We will be accessible and respond to your requests in 24 hours or less.
  10. We will give you the latest strategies, tactics and tools in an easy-to-use how-to format that makes implementation a breeze.
  11. We will work with you during the weekly mastermind sessions between your program work, so you are always clear and moving forward.
  12. You will be trained by the very best trainers from around the world and if there’s a topic we aren’t world-class at, we will bring in someone who is.
  13. We will make it easy for you to implement our strategies and if you have a team, we will welcome up to 2 team members in our community, giving them access to the portal, and the mastermind sessions.
  14. We will treat you with respect and care in every interaction with the aim to bring you more customers on demand and bring out your best.
  15. If we let you down, we must apologise, and do our best to make it right.
  16. We will not let you slip. Because if we let you slip, we let you down.

 

You will…
  1. You will do the required tutorials and attend the mastermind sessions each week.
  2. You will be quick to implement and quick to ask for help when you need it.
  3. You will engage in the community and be quick to share your wins and lessons each week.
  4. You must complain if we ever do something to upset you. This gives us an opportunity to apologise and make things right.
  5. You must keep your commitment. Your Customers On Demand Program is a 12 week agreement for $275 per week or $2,200 upfront. After the 12 weeks, you can exit if you feel it’s not right for you. After the 12 weeks, we go month to month — and you can stay as long as you’re loving it. What this means is for only $175 per month you can continue to access the program, the weekly masterminds and the community.
  6. You will respect our IP. You have full permission to implement our Customers On Demand content, but not to share it with others.
  7. You will respect our community: The people in Customers On Demand are your peers, not your prospects.
